WHAT CURRENCY IS YOUR WEBSITE IN ?

All of our products are displayed in SGD (Singapore Dollars). 

 

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE PLACED ?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed. 

 

WILL I BE CHARGED DUTIES AND TAXES ?

There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that ILLII does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

In the event of refusal to receive the product due to customs duties or VAT, the customer who ordered the product will be fully responsible for overseas shipping, returns and customs charges.

ILLII does not charge any additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. Other fees would have been applied by your bank and are not under the control of ILLII. Banks in other countries may consider us a "foreign company" and charge additional international fees on their own. We are not able to provide a refund for any foreign transaction fees. 

 

WILL MY 925 STERLING SILVER JEWELLERY TARNISH ?

Yes , sterling silver is a material that is prone to tarnish and turn dull over time. However, different to other materials, this layer of tarnish can be removed. To keep sterling silver shiny, keep away from water and harsh chemicals such as detergent, lotions, and perfumes. Grit and dirt may collect on top of your jewellery. To clean sterling silver jewellery, use a silver polishing cloth (provided with every purchase).

*Take note : Do not wash your silver polishing cloth !

The dirt you see on a polishing cloth is just the tarnish that has been wiped away from your sterling silver jewellery & it’s usually black. Even with the tarnish smudges, your silver polishing cloth is still an effective cleaner.

All items purchased are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund/ return.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM ?

Please contact us at illiijewellery@hotmail.com , quoting your order number as well as other return information.

All jewellery products are shipped after several quality checks and inspections by our team. Exchanges due to product defects or misdelivery are only possible with the same product. Please contact us straight away (within 3days upon receiving the package) and we’ll fix it up for you ASAP!
